What are these spins?

Cork is a backwards spin in which you are off axis. Bio is a forward spin where you are off axis. Misty is a front flip of sorts with spinning. Rodeo is a backflip of sorts with spinning. These are not exactly the perfect definitions, but they are the basics principles.

corks and bios are non-inverted.

rodeos and mistys are. (boots sort of go over your head)

underflip is where you do a lincoln, while spinning into the side you are flipping to. i think.

cork - off axis spin with head up hill but not inverted

Bio - off axis spin with head down hill but not inverted

misty - off axis front flip with a spin (left spin = front flip angled to left, vice versa)

rodeo - off axis lincoln loop with a spin in the same direction

easiest way to distinguish between spins is to be able to do them!! get on a trampoline and have a go (bios are difficult to do though)

I try and think of it like a compass, North is downhill:

North-East = Bio

North-West = Misty

South-East = Rodeo

South-West = Cork

North = Frontflip

South = Backflip

East and West = Lincoln Loop

Corks are for wine bottles, Bio is a shorthand term for the study of life, Misty is the ginger girl from pokemon and rodeos are for hicks and their chicks!
