What are these flips??

to get it really well, just throw less and jump more. also try tucking your legs up and not your upper body down. the easiest grab to throw in will be a safety grab, in no time you'll be able to do them without throwing at all with your arms!
 
I don't know but they are pretty cool, Id like to see them on skis.

I started trying overflips in July, I landed like 1. Then a few months later, I landed a couple more. Then in like October, I just got them. Now I can do them every try. It just takes some time, if you give it a break for a while I'm sure it'll all of the sudden be super easy.
