Best as far as technology and quality? And apparel as in outerwear or as in actual everyday apparel? If you are talking about outerwear then as far as quality and tech. goes, it would be North Face, Patagonia, Eider, Mountain Hardwear, Orage, Trew, etc more expensive companies as such. As far as like everyday apparel, I think Jiberish and Voleurz are the only really. Most companies make shirts and pants and hoodies and hats and beanies... but those are the best quality.
