What are the best freeride ski boots?

Another pair of those if they fit.

I'd consider three. When they discontinued the SPK boot a piece of me died inside.

Too soft, but the only boot that has ever fit my wide ass paddles comfortably.

Thanks. I have seen some boot fitters in Oslo at least and I guess they have some in Bergen where I live as well. And at the different resorts in Norway. I guess I´ll go down that road then!

Since using Nordica I doubt i'd use any other boot, best boot i've used, the progressive flex makes them a great all rounder aswell

Will maybe try Dalbello at some point if they are a good fit though.

Good decision, very worth your while. Make sure to get your boots heat moulded as well, any good boot fitter can do that for you (and will likely do it free if you buy boots from him).

At some point you'll likely want custom footbeds as well, but if you want, you can get those later. It doesn't have to be right when you buy the boots.

If the old one fit you well the new one will be even better. The shell is 100 last but can go to over 106mm wide when stretched. That was one of the criteria for the new one. To fit narrow to wide feet so that we did not lose any customers but we could get back a lot of rider who had switched to a certain 99mm boot.

Just wanted to say don't look at footbeds as an option you can get later. They re the most important part of the fit and without them you can not get a good fit. They should be looked at as the first thing to get right followed by the boot Itself.

One of the most knowledgeable people on boots in Norway is Putte who works at Skibua in Øyer (Hafjell). He did my boots and they work great, he also does quite a few pros boots as well. You pay what the boots cost in our expensive ass country and get the fitting included. Well worth the money.

Which boot is this?

You work in Whistler right? I might fly out and come see you. I haven't got a good boot fitter in my area and I'm due for a new pair.
