What are the best flips to do off rails

If you're coming in forward on something like an up rail I like misty 5s the best. Its almost like doing one off a small jump. If your coming in switch, rodeos flow better. Turpin maybe you could confirm or correct me if im wrong?
 
There is nothing like a frontflip off a box its so sexy but im not sure if it is the easiest since I have yet to attempt one
