It depends on what is "best" for you. If you're a 110 lb, 16 year old girl on her first pair of twin tips, I doubt you need a full metal DIN 18 binding. What's best for you is different than what's best for Seth Morrison.
If by "best" you mean "best balance of strength and safety," then the answer is anything full metal that pivots (excluding AT gear).
However, chances are if you're asking this question you don't need anything close to this.
