What are some good outerwear brands that won't break the bank?

Finally upgrading my outerwear after a decade of skiing in the same shit. Last I checked Saga and First Drop (or whatever it's called now) were the hottest thing on the block. What are people wearing these days that won't break the bank? Looking mostly for bib (if possible) pants for under $200 that aren't slim fit. I've got a hookup for a jacket so all set in that department. Totally open to feedback on unrealistic expectations for cheaper gear.

What level of waterproofing are you looking for. I had good luck with virtikas bibs but they weren’t the most durable although they are pretty waterproof, also TNF and sessions make bibs for under $200 but you are definitely looking at a lower level of waterproofing

I know its out of your price range but the flylow bib is FANTASTIC, i picked one up a few weeks ago and its top notch, I feel like I'll be wearing these for a long time. Definitely worth the money.

You can get Saga stuff dirt cheap if you find it from a 3rd party vendor and it's from a previous season. Same with Armada.

Under Armour 1.0 or 2.0 top and bottom.

2.0 if you're cold

1.0 if you're hot

Word so even if there is no installation, u dont need extra layers under it, also wouldn't it blow tight against ur legs while moving?
