This is going to sound really dooshy, but it is true. Oh and most of these have nothing to do with 9/11, so I do not know if they will work.

Music industry: Look at the rise and fall of cd sales in the past 10 years mainly the FALL

Social Interaction: Social Media Websites/ try going to a big city and not seeing someone on a technologic device.

Skiing: IT HAS BECOME AERIALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone who said the war on terror needs to do a little history homework. We have been actively been fight Radical Islamic Terror since well before the 70s and the Khomenni revolution
 
Homeland Security, killed a bunch of people in the middle east, they killed a bunch of our troops over there.
 
I had to do a project on how it effected tv and media.

google around for the daily show and the late show when they first aired after 9/11. it was a time when america wasnt easily humored and you can see from the shows that they really had an awkward time on air.

family guy had to remove a scene with binladin in it and stewie in airport security.

cant think of the rest... but tv is for sure 1.
 
has nothing to do with the thread but,i was there and saw both the buildings collapse, and i've been talking to a lot of people about it and a lot of people think it was much different then what actually happened that day.
 
I would look into things like "The Bush Doctrine" in regards to pre-emptive war, look at enhanced interrogation and torture, look at millitary industrial complex and the increase in the militaries use of private contractors to perform tasks that used to be done by US Soldiers. If I were you I would pick three things that have some connection to one another it will help with your paper's cohesiveness.
