Wetsuit question

my wetsuit is getting fucked up. the velcro is sticking to the inside of it when its hung up and the strings on the inside are ripping and chaffing(sp). how do you stop or reduce this?

same thing happened to my suit. you cant really fix it. if it is irritating your skin on your upper body, get a long sleeve rash guard to wear underneath.

you dont need to get a new one... alot of my friends wear rashguards under their suits as was suggested above.. ive never done it but hey try ti out and see how it goes

same here but in mass you gotta have one because where im at the waves are only decent spring and fall and the water is like low 50s

i wear a rash guard under mine to stop the chaffing.  I dont know if this applies to you, but i also had to stop going bottomless in my suit :-( because it started to chafe my balls.

when you hang up your wetsuit, always velcro it like you're wearing it so it doesn't get more frayed.
