Western Washington, Colorado State, or University Utah

I'm looking for opinions, for someone that doesn't really know what to major in, and just wants a cool place to meet people and do outdoors type of stuff like backpacking, ski, hike, ect.

What state are you from? What is your price range, academic interests, how much do you value skiing? Do you smoke weed/drink? Are you interested in greek life? You need to give more info than "I do outdoors stuff and wanna meet cool people"

I'd say go to Colorado, but my opinion is slightly biased and based on personal experiences.

I would choose Utah. Ft. Collins is extremely far away from the main ski resorts. I was debating between CU Boulder,University of Utah, and Montana State. Utah is closer to the mountains, and has better academics in my opinion.
