I hate them so much. I got arrested tonight for apparently brakeing a payphone when i barely touched it. And now i have to go through court and stuff.
 
westvan cops are dicks.. they always make the effort to go that extra mile to be just that much more obnoxious and reprehensible than any other pigs elsewhere.
 
West Van cops are cocksuckers. I've been hassled by them while walking from my truck to a friend's house with a closed bottle of booze. Bare in mind I'm well above the legal drinking age and was doing nothing but walking into a house. They are retard cuntrags

 
well we were all drinking and shit and then my friends were trying to brake the phone and I was standing beside and then some gay divers called the cops and said it was me.
 
there you go. don't blame it on the cops. lol. The truth is they havent any patients for that shit. There going to blame whoever and make it easy for themselves.. blame it on the nark

If you're going to do stupid shit when you're drunk, make sure nobody sees it. Or, if your friends are complete fucktards when theyre intoxicated, don't stick around when it looks like the shit's about to hit the fan? It's pretty stupid that you have to go to court for vandalism, usually its a slap on the wrist for first time offenders, especially under the juvenille justice act, and for something as petty as breaking a pay phone.
 
Whoa, hold on a second. There are pay phones in West Van? I thought even homeless people in West Van had BMWs and cellphones.

But really, I'm just impressed that you managed to find a pay phone anywhere in the GVA. I thought they were extinct.
 
you have a lawyer? something tells me this isn't the first thing you've had to go to court for.
 
Is it an actual lawyer you hired or just a public defendant? Because at the pay rate of 150-300$ an hour, depending on reputation it just doesn't seem worth it to hire a lawyer over something this petty. The damages to the phone are probably less than 100$ or so, and you'd probably have like under 30 hours of community service or just pay back the damages. 30 Hours x 8$ = 240$, still less than an hour with a highly respected lawyer, unless mommy and daddy are loaded. Then again, it's West Van, the most expensive municipality in all of Canada.
 
ya the thing is that i didnt do it though. so i wanna get back at the cops for them being assholes so ill get a good lawyer and fuck them up for fucking shit up with my life. its so annoying.
 
anyone who has ever been cought for anything will know a public defender is bad news, doesnt matter what for. get a lawyer, will save time and money in the long run.

Yeah we all bitch about west van cops...i have had countless run ins with them, and my advice would be to not try to make them look dumb because your lawyer's bill will be thru the roof and you will have nothing to show for it. And they will drop the charges anyway so i woulndt lose sleep over it.
 
Payphones aren't very expensive, there are tons of spare parts out there. It's the labour to repair them that costs a lot.
