You may want to go back to school. Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine are all recieving at least 2 inches. Vermont 3-5, Mass possibly 12 inches, New Hampshire 6-8, Maine 4-6 or 6-8.

I take back what I said!

at my house in Windham, ME we have already gotten 2 inches and forecasters are calling for at least 4 more.

Sunday River's getting snow from at least Tuesday-Thursday, some forecasters say possibly from today until Saturday.

Hopefully it keeps falling.

1/2 an inch at attitash at most. still a ton of bare spots and the snow banks are just embarassing where they exist. and supposed to warm up the rest of the week...fuck

MRG finally picked up a solid 6" (up top, more like 4 down lower) on top of the 3 or so here and there from the last hew days. it was windy and a lot blew into the woods, making consistent foot-deep pow in there with some knee deep drifts. it was a little unpredictable with such thin base underneath, but overall it was awesome and a lot better than i was expecting.

apparently something big is moving in this weekend and is going to dump for several days

if we get a dump for several days it will be epic because I'm skiing Saddleback and Casablanca will have a motherload!

"VERY UNSETTLED WX CONDS EXPECTED DURING THE MIDDLE TO LATTER PORTIONS OF THIS WEEK AS LARGE-SCALE UPPER LOW ACROSS THE NORTHEAST LIKELY CAPTURES OFFSHORE SFC REFLECTION AND DRIVES FEATURE WESTWARD TO NEAR THE NEW ENGLAND COAST DURING WED NIGHT INTO FRIDAY TIME FRAME. THIS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE COPIOUS AMTS OF PCPN ACROSS OUR REGION DURING THE PERIOD...MUCH OF WHICH WILL LIKELY FALL AS SNOW."

-Burlington NWS

Looks like pow-days are shaping up guys! Lets hope this shit gets rowdy.

"The second storm late in the week will grow into a monster with increasing wind, plunging temperatures and snow for most areas of the mid-Atlantic and New England.

Since this larger storm may stall as well, some areas may have days of accumulating snow with strong wind.

The worst conditions are likely to be from northern Pennsylvania to Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire, as well as most areas in between. In part of this outlined area, there is the potential for a couple of feet of snow."

-Accuweather

More fuel to the fire. Accuweather hypes hard sometimes, but NOAA is hinting at an absurd storm shaping up as well, so it's looking more and more likely.

I'd expect Winter Storm Watches to start popping up for the first storm to be posted this afternoon.

I really hope this storm happens. It's so effing warm today my backyard setup is once again useless.

FUCKING CHARLIE LOPRESTE FROM WGME 13 SAYS 20-30 INCHES AT SADDLEBACK, SUGARLOAF, AND SUNDAY RIVER.

FUCK YEAH! CASABLANCA WILL BE SO FUCKING AWESOME.

I refuse to get my hopes up after the winter we have had so far.

But if this coming weekend is full of pow I will not be able to contain my excitement.

fucking i'm stoked.

its dumping right now at my house in windham, maine.

They're calling for an accumulation of 4 or 5 inches inland between now and wednesday. But a foot in the mountains!111

Then the next storm coming on Friday to Saturday will dump another 6-8 inches in the mountains.

Then on Monday the storm is circling around and we may get another 2-3 iches or possibly nothing or possibly more.

it was just snowing real hard in gray, which is right next to windham anyway, but its stopped now. 4-5 inches would be sweet here, and a foot+ in the mountains is just what we need
