Wells Fargo

Wait until they give you a job offer. From there you can try to negotiate a salary. I don't think, however, there is much room for negotiation in a teller position. If there isn't any room initially, you can always still take the job and ask for a raise in 3-6 months depending on how well you perform.

If you're sheepish about your pay they will try to screw you, just be upfront about it. Everyone works there for money, not because being a banker is so rewarding.

is it experience at a bank being a teller? I would assume so.

it is easier to negotiate pay rather than trying to get a raise later. it depends on where you live and the cost-of-living factor, minimum wage etc... I have no idea but its probably around 9 or 12 bucks maybe. If you have work experience your resume should take care of your pay. it is sounds to low of pay for your work, tell them.

Wells Fargo is one of the best structured banks in the world. im sure they pay fine. haha
