Well shit

that might be your problem. you need to upload in the right codec format for a web videos. I suggest h.264. if your uploading uncompress 720hd or a large codec it will take forever and never load when people want to play the video
 
Your video seems fine, just cancel the upload, restart you computer and try again.
 
Restarting wont help if its the wifi speed...

On another note, I once had 30 something weeks on a game download. Was pretty intense
 
It's not always your internet speed that causes the problem. Sometimes on my laptop it feels like my internet just cuts out and i restart chrome and turn wifi off and back on and boom it works.
 
YEah its probably just the computer, my computer at one point could barely even upload videos, so i would use another on the same network and bam, superfast upload speed. Restaring usually helps too
