I just got my shipment from getboards, I ordered k2 public enemys but they shipped me the k2 seth pistols by mistake, pretty sweet deal, though I ski east coast, pretty icy, and my mountain isnt all that big, but they still should be a sweet all around ski right?

Dude...I tried Pistols on the east coast once.....I would highly suggest re-selling them, buying Public Enemies, and getting some more gear with the cash left over. Pistols are that bad in hardpack.....but your still riding a pow ski on hardpack. It takes some work....and the pistols def. are not a ski you want in a east coast park.

See for me sending them back to getboards is a bigdeal, i live in canada, and everytime i send or receive something i have to pay customs charges, and wait quite a while for it to get there and here again. You can't buy PE's in any of the shops here.

make sure you check your receipt to see that getboards didnt charge you for the pistols and not the PE's... but, just sell them to someone on here, ebay, line message board, anywhere.. u could make a killing, then pick up new gear

yeah probley cuz i ride 1260s, i guess that means i dont know anything about any other skis doesnt it. wow we got a smart one over here

 
If you are looking for PE's in Canada, your best deal is $499 CDN from Fresh Sports in Alberta. Plus, you don't have to pay for customs and shipping is cheaper.

I demoed the PE's at the end of last season for over a week, and i thought they were gonna be the ski what i was receiving

from his review...that's wierd, how come it looks like you already have PE's? I didn't know you could mount your own bindings on demo skis

 
Ya..the Pistols are a little soft for the ice if that's what you're gonna be on all the time...especially if you're not used to a pow board...but they are wide and super stable so it kinda depends on what you really want.

FOCUS your mind.
