i asked the grocer if they were hiring, she kinda stared at me. she said "I'm not sure, maybe, try again later" I came back two days later and asked again, same grocer. She said, well we JUST hired a bunch a people, i don't think theres much room." i asked if i could still apply and she just said no. It probably didnt help that both times i was buying either cap guns or little plastic army men....

dont feel bad, i spent a half hour at walmart on their computer taking an assesment an at the end it told me i failed and to try back in 90 days

then my boss called me back to work and i'm making 17/hr

i usually dont give people applications if they look like someone who is a bad worker, or irresponsible. The army men and caps gun would do the trick for most people. I would have prolly hired him right there (am a manager)
