Hello Newschoolers,

NIX is a company inspired by the mountains. Started by three young adults in southwestern Colorado, the mountains mean a great deal to us. The adventures we have in the mountains, whether it be skiing or simply exploring, always leave humbling and inspiring impressions in our minds. This company came directly from our shared passion for the peaks and the snow, plus the desire to create a line of products expressing our lust for these things.

NIX is created by skiers for skiers. We have been Newschoolers members for a long time and our proud to finally introduce our company. Currently we have two products, The Wooly Mammoth Strapback and the Collective beanie.

You can check out and order all of our products from our website. NIXCollective.com Hopefully as the summer season rolls around, we will have a new line up of apparel for those warm summer days.

Check out our first edit of the season. Thanks for watching!

We aren't just some 13 year olds start up business. We spend time to come out with quality products that our athletes are proud to represent. Not only are we a legal business in the state of Colorado, but we have high aspirations as artists and creators to bring products that the ski community would be proud to represent. Currently we are in the early stages of our company and have yet to complete a full lineup. Send us as much criticism as you would like, we want to improve our products and love the feedback. As well, with our products we plan on directly incorporating media projects such as the one you see above.

you should make your logo a burger, that would be original

If you know Jamie Wanzek, you're probably all going to be a successful and make billions,

looking forward to seeing new stuff.

the strapback is pretty ill. but if you're looking for input, your story sounds exactly like every other snow sports company. Just saying.

As one of Nix's riders, I would like to comment on some of the interesting opinions on nix...

Not sure if you all have looked at the website or not, but this gear is high quality, innovative, and artistically sound. These guys aren't paying some Customize your Clothes company or something like that to put a logo on a shitty baseball cap or beanie. The Wooly snapback is made with insulating wool and some dope looking leatherwork. It's my favorite snapback on the fucking planet, enough so that I was intent on paying full price for it before I was welcomed to the team

The internet will be the internet, but don't sleep on NIX. these guys are extremely talented, dedicated, and generally awesome. Their products and media are reflective of how soulful these dudes are, and how much they value quality workmanship. Look out bitches.

Thanks for the feedback! It is difficult to separate your story based on other Mountain companies when you grow up in a little mountain town. We aren't looking to separate ourselves based on our story, we will be true to ourselves and separate our company by our products. It's hard to do that with such a small lineup, but you have to start somewhere.

So what kind of apparel can we be looking forward to?More hats? some hoodies/tall tees? Will nix be primarily a streetwear company?

I mean all i see so far is a logo toque and a pretty generic snapback, though If you are a street wear hat company you should make some 5 panels..

Our hat is a wool strapback but yeah we get your drift. Hopefully in the near future you will see some more unique hats (yes we are going to try and get some 5 panels going!) some t-shirts and tanks other street clothing. So far we are working our way into streetwear, but our goal is to be able to make much more (outerwear, technical equipment, etc.). So yeah, hopefully that gives you a little better idea about who we are and what our future might look like.

No hate to you guys but this paragraph has been written (obviously in different ways/phrasing) by so many other companies in this industry. Liven it up a bit with something actually different, regardless of the quality of your products people can't always see your product in person.

The skiing in that vid was sick. I'd love to see more content from you guys. The strapback looked legit too.
