Weird leg pain

So i have this weird pain in my lower leg on the right side of my right leg... not shin bang and i don't think its my calf. And it kinda hurt for a while after skiing once and then after i landed a jump it really hurt bad, but i kept skiing and now it hurts constantly.

has this ever happened to anyone? or anyone know what it is?

Sometimes after I skate around a lot, my legs get really "sore" and hurt to the point where I can't stop moving them for some reason. That might be whats happening. If it feels tired, then eat some sugary stuff and just relax. Thats about all I can say. That might not be the problem though.

oh shit thats not good. last year same thing happened to me, i was able to ski for 3-4 times and then i just couldnt take it. my ligament was slowly tearing. this is what might be happening to you. at the beginning it hurts but you can still do physical activity and then at one point it just keeps hurtin everyday and you just cant take it anymore.

Where exactly does it hurt?...It may be your perrenial tendon. Try squeezing your calve muscle right now...does your ankle hurt or tinkle?

i had something that sounds similar to this i dont know if its the same thing last season, and it really started hurting in mid feburary so i didnt hit any jumps for the rest of the season (not fun) but its fixed itself up so i dunno, maybe take it easy for a while and see if it helps

if i squeeze my leg it hurts on the right lower part of my leg like halfway between my knee and ankle

but it doesn't hurt my ankle at all

I have a weird pain on the outside of my left leg between my calf and ankle kinda. It feels like a bone bruise or something, at least i'm hoping that's all it is. really strange place though im thinking its from a crash and the impact against my boot. for a while it hurt even when I wasn't skiing. Now it only hurts when I ski so i'm hoping it's healing whatever it is.

I might have a similar problem. The muscles beneath my calf and knees but above my ankles gets really tender. I skied about 20 days this year without problem. Then, on the 21st, I could barely put any pressure on the front of my boots. It's really only a problem when I ski consecutive days. I suspect it might be similar to shin splints, but I'm not sure.

Anyhow, I don't know how to treat my problem (which might also be yours.) For now, ibuprofen (Motrin, etc.) helps a bit. I'm also streching and massaging those muscles when I can.

Let us know if you get it diagnosed, find a cure, etc.

my legs sometimes get sore like that. just take it easy after skiing and make sure you stretch a lot and maybe rub your leg a little. the pain usually goes away after resting, and maybe take a day off skiing. if it still hurts, you've got a bigger problem, go see a doctor.

you basically have shin bang...just ice your shins after a day of riding and stretch them out as much as possible. That should help

Ahhhhhh its cancer, your gonna die!!!!

No, just kidding. Its probibly just a random pain. If it doesnt go away or get worse, do see your doctor...

I have it on my left leg, due to a morning of speed checking (see knuckle fest) this park we drove 4 hours too. I have know idea what it is stress fractor maybe???
