Weird dreams about skiing

I keep dreaming I’m skiing. That’s pretty normal, especially during the off season (Australia = summer right now).

what’s weird is in these dreams I’m with people who are gone from my life - who passed away, who I don’t have contact with anymore. even my dead childhood dog is there running alongside me some nights. I also keep dreaming about new tricks, but I always jerk awake before I land them.

does anyone else have unsettling dreams like this

in my dreams i can spin onto rails without killing myself. and i get to see my childhood dog as well. pretty cool when that happens

I guess it all depends on you and the contexy but sometimes I like dreams like that. It's weird when you wake up but cool to feel like people are still there.

yeah it’s kind of comforting. then i wake up and i don’t know what’s real for a little bit haha
