Maybe not just lifting weights but working out in general im talking about. its kind of addicting. No my name doesnt mean im ripped because im not but i like to lift weights more and more. I have a bowflex and i really like it. I also do alot of pushups and i have a pullup bar in my room. anyone else like to lift weights?

i have the bowflex i hate it, its not like lifting real weights it has a snap back motion, lifting is alot smoother and isnt such a pain in the ass. once you get like 150 pounds plus on that thing it starts to rock back and forth and its gay and poorly built.

i was going to go for a quad daffy but i was like, why huck? -mommy

No, I tried it, its just way to boring for me. Id rather be outside actually doing something that gives you a similar workout.

i like doing sit ups and pull ups but i really dont like push ups so i dont do them very often. I like running workouts a lot though. 200s, 400s, distance, whatever it is i like it. I guess that explains why i do track. I also like jumping exercises so i can get crazy ups

i use to lift 5 days a week but my firend now works 55 hours a week and i have no one to lift with now. Kinda sucks cuse i wanted to get alot stronger and it was a good way to get some excerise.

god i have to like do sports, i can't just goto a gym and work out or just go run. i love skiing sooo much, i got soo fit skiing at COC for 15 days this summer, i went to college right after camp and my fik there i would wake up in the morning, for an hour, every morning for a weeek, with 4 CHARLEY HORSES, 2 IN EACH LEG. fucking sucked.

I do for football, and if you workout cauz ur hefty it wont show unless you run also, so make sure you run, we need to do 5 suicides on the basketball court which is running up and down it 26 times i think as quick as you can, you need a bench for squats, lifting, pushups ext. all you really need is something for that

i workout everyday, i dont lift weights on tuesdays and fridays cuz i work on those days and my job is pretty much a 13 hour workout on those days
