Weed prices?

Not trying to sound like a douche here even though i know i already do, just genuinely curious now thats its recreationalized, i dont know all the exact laws, but whats happened to the weed industry? Do you guys still go to dealers or what, and what do you pay?
 
$15-20 a gram in the aspen area. We just moved here so I'm not sure what dealer prices are. Medical is WAY cheaper.
 
yeah it's gonna pricey if you aren't a member/local of said dispense, especially with tax, I believe it's somewhere between 20-30%... so if you buy an eighth for 30, then you could end up paying almost almost 40. I'd say the "black market" (if we can even still call it that) or medicinal is still definitely the way to go if you aren't desperate...
 
It's inflated heavily, can't even by from my dealer without getting shot at these days. I'd say I'm lucky with $30 a gram here in boulder where the frat bros buy all the weed and inflate the prices, its simple agricultural economics

really? I continually hear about a bunch of solid deals in boulder... unless you're talking about recreational or concentrates...?

I agree that a lot of the recreational weed stores are over taxed but people complaining about paying 30-40 for an eighth at a dispensary need to calm the fuck down. Im willing to pay 40 for 3.5 grams if its good bud. People need to pay and respect the people that grow these buds. Some bud will get you twice as high so paying a little more isn't something to bitch about. People pay 20 a gram on the east coast, and they go to jail for smoking quit complaining and be great full of legal cannabis.
