Weed and concerta

so i popped 2 concerta like 2 hours ago to work on a paper, and i'm planning on smoking as soon as the clock strikes 12, i almost never take ADD pills like concerta so i don't know if i should worry about smoking while i'm on it. i'm sure i'll be fine, but if anyone has anything to warn me about, feel free.

i once dropped 7 5g perkasetts(sp?) and then smoked. it was really odd. i was the highest ive ever been for like 15 mins and then it just vanished and i felt perfectly straight. really odd and i still dont know why
