It's been two years since I was on NS. I have been serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in India. It has been an amazing experience, I have seen miracles occur, people's lives improve, and positive dynamics in my own character.

This was my goodbye thread:
https://www.newschoolers.com/ns/forums/readthread/thread_id/669760/

I have been super happy but certainly scoped out rails and had lots of skiing thoughts while I was out there. My question for everyone is What happened in the last two years? I left January of 2012. Jokes, progression, tragedies, equipment? Spend a little reflection time and let me know what the last two years have been like. Thanks NS

This pretty much sums up the last 2 years

Two years ago if somebody told me that anybody would attempt a triple cork 1980 I would have laughed and laughed. Almost as much as I would have laughed at the idea of somebody landing a nosebutter triple cork 16.

India huh? is that why you have that red dot on your forehead? Either that or you're about to get snipped.

Highlights I rememeber:

Henrik Harlaut, nose butter triple cork

Saga (the brand) has exploded, even began to pick up boarders

Baggy is out slim is beginning to creep into the park scene

Dude I remember you making a thread when you were leaving and it went about the same as my current thread on mormonism is going haha.

Yes that photo was after we had visited a Hindu temple, the red dot is a bindi (a cultural symbol).

"nosebutter triple cork 16" wow, going to have to look that up

Fuck did I make some spelling mistakes... It's Jason Levinthal, and henrik did a nose butter trip, he didn't noshed am dm's last name isn't leviathan

Op Tom Warnick actually passed away it was not Jon brogan. Again I'm sorry, that was actually a pretty major mistake.

Lol the ASAP Mob didn't do anything. There are so many other artists that have been working since OP left that have been doing a better job than the ASAP Dinks.

That song just reminded me of good music so I loved it, the rest of ASAP and most other rap has just been pushing trend whore music.

My post on his religion choice and their relentless knocking on doors with pamphlets post was removed too. Guess newschoolers polices religion now

I was the second post in your goodbye thread, i remembered your username when i read it, welcome back bud

Speaking of that, I came home from work a few days ago to find one on my door. Glad I didn't stay home. Being sick I wouldn't have been in the mood for that.
