Website design question

I have a ton of experience with Photoshop and am quite confident with it. So if I were to turn a PS document into a web page what is the best way to go about it?

I have some knowledge with HTML...

Any Advice?

I'm not that experienced with the whole web design thing, but I would suggest pairing up Photoshop and Dreamweaver. You don't really need any html knowledge to use it. Hopefully that helps a bit?
