This was an amazing competition. Natural hits are by far the best aspect of skiing in my opinion simply because it takes a ton of skill in both big mountain skiing and jumping/jibbing to be able to throw down and ski well at the same time. If there were more competitions like this for the little guys (us amateur skiers who can't afford to go to a lot of comps). The cost would be lower than park because you don't have to maintain anything, it's all natural. The level of riding would be sick hopefully, and the filming potential is super high. It would open up a whole new division of skiing that movies like Idea and Believe are moving towards.
Go let your local mountain (if it is big enough) to host some of these. Even log jib jams or something would be a cool alternative to rail jams.
