A candle is always good skatewax. Or for like a dollar you can buy parofen wax from the grocery store.

if yours just trying to protect them for the summer setup id use candles.

rubbing soap bars works really good for surf

Soap! A bar of soap works incredibly. Actually at times it works better then Ski wax. it has been outlawed and deemed illegal in fis ski racing. You put it on just like overlay and cork it in. No iron

Becel margarine with salt to taste is delightful in place of warm wax
