Wawa Gas Station Appreciation Thread

If you live on the east coast, particularly Pennsylvania/New Jersey, then you know of the gas station chain Wawa. Out here, Wawa is life. The best place to get food is a gas station. Custom made sandwiches, sides, quesadillas, you name it. Throughout the summer- $4 footlong hoagies for wawa hoagie fest. Outsiders may not understand, but east coast natives do.

ive heard so much about Wawa's/hoagies and I have never even been to Philadelphia in my life. sounds like you guys got a good deal around those parts.

Stopped at a Wawa in Virginia once and got to experience the craze.. bought a bunch of sandwiches and hoagies for the road to OBX. Wish we had them here.. all we got is Loaf N Jug and other basic stuff

WAWA FOR LYFE

I've spent absurd amounts of money there. Just finished a quesadilla.

Because you have no idea how much you are paying because they are to dumb to program the prices into their touchscreens. Expecting me to do simple math get outta here wawa.

having wawas everywhere for 4 years while i was in college was such a tease. 24 hour access to incredible sandwiches

if you wanna take wawa to the next level then get the wawa app.......trust me on this one...

Also, growing up my whole life in the Philly area I didnt think wawa could get any better.....but I was wrong.....

when i came to school in Florida was about the same time that they started opening wawas in FL......what does this mean? this means now i can get a mother fucking case of beer with my mother fucking 10" classic hoagie....holla!

I live where the original Wawa was located and where the Wawa factory and HQ are still located. Closed the original one this year because they opened a super one down the road.

:(

Currently at school, my place is about 100 yards from a Wawa. It is an awesome and terrible thing. It is awesome that it is so close, but I end up going there a lot. Got free coffee today, that was nice.

WaWa is fucking incredible! Made to order, quality sandwiches 24 hours a day. Can't beat that when combined with all else it has to offer. Seriously, a drunken wawa stop was the highlight of adolescence/young adulthood.

QuickCheck in New York is pretty dope as well.

and for what ever reason I really enjoy Stewarts. After all they do make the most delicious beer; Mountain Brew Ice.

The fact that you can't buy beer in gas stations in PA, Jerz, Del, Etc is fucking ridiculous.

I usually just give other people money to buy me beer when I'm there or bring it with me from states that make sense.

It just seems like too much of a hassle.

Stewarts does not make beer.

Mountain brew is genessee , maybe genny light and sometimes skunked anyway.

Also if you think it's a great deal, many places you can buy a 24 ounce can for $1 of genny or sometimes something better. That's a better deal for the same or better product.

Mountain brew it's even a good value, and not worth buying it unless you stop at a stewarts, aren't near anything else, and don't feel like buying any other beer they have.

And genny ice being the most delicious beer, I'm sure this is sarcastic but I think 12 polar bears just drowned while you typed that.

Stewarts really has nothing going for it other than milk and ice cream. I don't go their for either so stewarts is a giant waste of space that could be something better.

I mean, their main lunch offering is shitty hotdogs. Yet unfortunately I grew up right in the middle of their region and had to deal with them most of my life.

Fucking tragedy I tell ya

And yeah mountain brew is down there with the worst of the beers. Just having some fun.

Stewarts has really good milk and ice cream, they have good hot coffee for a low price ($2 for a tall 24 oz. coffee), not to mention Stewarts gas stations are everywhere in upstate NY. There's like 5 of them in my hometown alone.
