water skimming

im pretty sure my mountain is putting on a pond skimming 'slush cup' event and i wannna go in this year. Anybody ever skiied across water before? I figure just get lots of speed and lean back? Ive got 193 motherships, so i figure i

should have necessary flotation. There wasnt much of a jump into the water lasst year so if its really smooth i may go for it switch... any tips?

 
ye its really easy, especially on 193 motherships, just go as fast as you can, and lean back, but not too much cus you get fall over

ah man i just did it at my slope last saturday...its so easy, just get as much speed as you can on the in run and open up and lean back...it so so easy

it has to start somewhere. it has to start sometime. what better place than here, what better time that now.
 
be a pimp and do the slush cup switch or if theres a jump switch misty that shit!

yeah go for it...i hit it switched and popped a 180 out at the end..once you get the feel for it, anything is super easy
