Does anyone know where the closest water ramp is to Ottawa, Ontario? I really want to take a trip to a water ramp sometime with my buddys during the summer and have a blast. Thanks guys,

Cole.

Wheres D Splash? Ive never heard of that before.

And no it wouldnt be that scary because you have a lifejacket on so it will just float you aha.

Back in the day when I used to paddle up on the Ottawa, there were water ramps to drop kayaks off for aerial maneuvers. Would love to do it, somehow never have, though. They were in the bay next to WT for a big river people's party, though.

D Splash seems so sick but is there something a bit cheaper? I know that it is only like 700.00 bucks but I was hoping for something a bit cheaper aha just to have fun for a week or so. Or maybe just a drop in fee at a water ramp would be even better.

Lake Placid, New York. Its 3 hours from ottawa. Awesome place. A weekend there will cost about $150 plus accommodation which is like another $100. Really the only pricy thing is getting gear for it. ie life jacket, wet suit etc. Also, prepare to destroy whatever skis you use for jumping. Landing on the water puts a huge amount of pressure on your skis, destroys the camber and makes them soft as hell. Often enough they'll just break in half.

d-splash is a camp and is not as cheap as just going to the quebec water ramps for a day or two...

the ramps there are at le relais in lac beau parc

i snapped a pair of HHP's on my 3rd or 4th hit of the first day.

also, go with freestyle america. you get tons of tramp and ramp seshes with sick coaches, definitely worth it.

man i was at water ramps in quebec and henrik him self was usin hhp's

so henriks "actually a dumbass"

arent you the one asking for input?

i heard that place closed... and i wanna do some water ramps too but im going to hood so thats sick to... ill probably go to a tramp and water ramp camp senior year or something
