Yo..me and schwags are heading up to Mt baker this friday, whether its open or not we are going. Snow is on the way anyone else wanna go???

At the moment, the site says there is four inches, but by Friday there should have been a little dump.

 
yeah Baker should get dumped on this week..by friday it should be pretty good. I hope! either way I'm going new snow or not, they have enough to build a decent size kicker and thats all i need.

Brooke this weekend probably wouldn't be the best to checkout western though cause all the kids are gonna be home for thanksgiving. I'm not sure if I'd be able to make it up there friday or saturday, I'll find out though

OK OK OK OK I was just on Mt bakers home page, they have 9 inches now with a minimum..yes i repeat a minimum of 12 inches of new snow forcasted for tonight! Everyone in washington would be a fool not to go to baker on friday! Jeff you still in?? Me and my friend Mike will be there for sure, you coming schwags? Its gonna be nuts! atleast 12 inches of new snow!!!!!!

I can hold onto roof racks or sit on peoples laps or the other way around, ;)brooke?, hell ill attach a rope to the bumper and ride my skis up to the mountain, if i really need to i can probably fit in a glove box, you can pile the skis on top of me. Anything I NEED to go.

 
yea ryan im going.. ribs are good as of now! so i think i maybe be able to test em this time woo! It looks like baker has a good chance of opening friday now cus they need 24 inches and this morning they got 9 and 12 more tonight, not counting the whole thanksgiving day. so theres a good chance theyll be open. if not we can make a hit out of there inground pipe or something.

You should come it looks like its gunna be siiiick! I dunno what time we will be there...it takes like 2 1/2 hours from seattle so like around 9 or 9:30. The more people the better, dont forget you shovel!

I could use some help with directions from Seattle. After I'm heading north on I-5, the map on Mount Baker's website makes it look like I should turn onto SR-20 then SR-9. After heading north some more, I turn onto SR-524 and keep going east until I reach Mount Baker. Is that the best way to get there?

 
i wanna go, but its all up to sarah. my friend teresa might not be able to go to seattle to go shopping, so sarah and i are REALLY thinking about it.

hey mtw your best bet would be to get on mapquest.com...and i've been there a couple times before but its been awhile so I cant remember exactly how to get there either. EVERYONE must come on friday!

I honestly dont know where we can go to jump...I kno alot of spots, depsnds on weatehr and n/south facing slopes etc. MTW if you boost it up I 5 to liek near belligham you will see signs to baker...
