Washington/oregon trip! woo!

shut the fuck up you are so annoying. Good joke? All it does is rain. Ok cool, that joke was played 6 years ago.

You really can't let it go can you?

most redundant business name ever. Theres a la parilla in bozeman as well. "La parilla- the grill" aka the grill the grill

Well yeah in 04/05 when everyone made that joke and then it actually happened. Stevens was open for what 2 weeks? I'd rather not jinx it, but to each his own.

You should consider checking regionals more often. Maybe then you would understand our situation better.

I can't speak for the entire northwest but i ski hood every week and bachelor from time to time and it doesn't rain nearly as much as people make it out to. The snow was fine all year except a dry spell in january this year, but other than that it was a pretty decent season. However, this is my first year out here and I grew up skiing Western Pennsylvania bullshit so my opinion might not be the most accurate.

thats because thats hood.

most of the mountains on his list are in the heart of the cascades, the eye of the monsoon

I ski locally between Stevens Snoqualmie Crystal and around Rainier. Now, look at my username. It's true.

No snow here. Just rain and when it gets cold enough, friggin ice. SKIERS BEWARE

you aint swaying my opinion still going! looking for hotels and advice besides not coming...because i am anyway

i didnt believe anyone when they told me i shouldnt move to wa for skiing purposes because all it does is rain, i moved anyways.

Fuck, it really does just rain, bummed i moved, conditions here are shit. There was one day where we got like 100 vert of pow at the summit of crystal into rain...

Hahahaha right! Im gonna come ski your mtns hopefully get lucky with your "bad" weather and leave and ski upstate ny for the rest of the winter.

Hood has a decent park scene. Still nothin better than a day lappin HRM. Then head down to govy pound a few brews for a good night rippin the bowl (ski bowl)

But seriously all joking aside, you should try to hike from the top of Alpental to Crystal. They did it in En Route in under two hours and according to the map they are only 1 centimeter apart.
