Was X Games slope this year boring

Idk why but this comp was not fun. I mean third place got a 80. Last year andri won third with a 91, and the overall scores were closer. Am I on something or what

The flat light seemed to be fucking up everybodies ability to see well enough.

Alex halls run was pretty dope though.

Wish even mceachran was competing

too many people fell or messed up their rail game

it seemed that the transfer rail got many people to fall

I dont know how anybody can see the landings in flat light/grey skies.

Its way harder to get your bearings when the snow

And the sky are the same color.

Yes, it was lame that everyone kept slipping off the rails early and then giving up on their run. A Hall’s run was amazing though. Everyone is struggling with the course, and he just blazes through it on some super tech shit.

Yeah. Hall has the perfect body for slopestyle. Narrow hips, long limbs.

His dicks probably enormous too.

intermittently wack judging and the fact that a gold medal run from ~5 years ago wouldn't get you near podium this year.

boys had to throw ridiculously dumb shit to even smell hardware and that ended a lot of runs early.

i'd prolly be bummed out too if lacing 6 ons and triples got me 7th place.

facts

if you watched one run you watched them all. it was the same tricks over and over. the jumps dont even matter in the scores anymore. It's all about who kept their hands in place on rails and didnt have the slightest of bobbles.

They need to make xgames a more creative course like the days of the skiblades. They put the hip jumps and no one used them. half the rails didnt get used either. everyone did the same shit.

I reckon they should put the jumps first, followed by the rails section. That way there could be some proper creative stuff without everyone worrying about keeping their speed union through the rails to be able to hit the jumps big and hard enough

Makes for bad TV

What's more exiting? A triple as the last trick or a kfed
