Is it just me or are warren miller's new movies sweet as hell, i mean i have have blunt and it has some sweet stuff in it, but as far as i can tell warren miller's movies are way better as far as capturing why i head to the mountain everyday compared with most of the total new-school vids.

I've never seen a TGR movie, they don't seem to be released here? Or I've never seen any. Warren Miller can have some good stuff, but otherwise some of the segments can make me cringe. But yea, some segments are killer.

tgr is poop....and warren miller's stuff is pretty cool....its more like an actual movie about skiing, rather than a dv film of new school stuff......its good for a change

 
MSP, L1P, and PBP capture some of the sickest footage and some pretty funny shit in their movies, but Warren Miller is jsut trying to show the rest of the world why we all love the sport so damn much. i wont watch a Warren Miller film as often as i would a newschool movie, but whenever its summertime and im depressed cause theres no snow, id much rather watch some Warren Miller, it always seems to bring back memories of just having fun on the hill with friends

 
I think this discussion has been raised like 100 times before: conclusion: both are good coz they both try to get acorss different aspects of skiing.

warren miller is cool but he has too many bad jokes in the movies i respect him but msp and pbp are definatly better

the best warren miller flick i saw was the one showing everybody wiping out in the backcountry/terrain park

warren miller is great cuz his shots are amazing and half of his movies are spent laughing

 
warren miller is without a dount the best movie maker for skiing ever, i own three of his movie and seen lots of his other stuff, its awsome

 
i think its a safe bet to say that no one else in the game right now can touch the cinemetography in his newer movies. but hey when you are backed by large corporations that sell products outside the ski world, you have a little bit of extra cash to use to get the sick shot

 
none of us would be here if it wasnt for warren miller. go get at a copy of Ride and watch young J.P. Auclair do switch backs with no grabs...he gave skiing more exposure.
