Do you have any sort of warranty?  I bought a pair of Butterliciouses on clearance once and broke them less than a month later, and they said they were going to send me new ones but they never did.  And since Surface is practically an antonym for Ninthward, I'll assume you stand by your product.  But correct me if I'm wrong.
