Warranty on surface ski: talk to surface or the-house.com

after a month of riding

my no times' edge started coming apart at the nose... no abuse.. from normal riding

is it better to contact surface directly or contact the-house.com where i got them from
 
I've always struggled to get Surface to answer warranty inquiries. I've had my double times warrantied a few times for delam - and currently have a pair that needs replaced for the same issue. It's been a month since I contacted them, hopefully I'll hear something in the next month.

Otherwise, I'm just gonna cut my losses and move to a brand that doesn't need warrantied yearly.
