Warranty help

So my 08/09 nordica sparks have began to delam under the heel peice(with some edge cracks in the area too)......Im not quite sure how this happened

While emailing nordica what is the best way to discribe what caused the damage,and still have a chance of them giving me a new pair? I know that abuse on rails is the worst thing to say(which I did when my rossi s1's had a blown edge and they did not get warrantied)

a nice letter goes a long way. just send them in to nordica. they are chill people. or just say they delamed. they wont really question it i dont think.
