WANTED- Good Binding

I'm thinking on the marker griffons, but I've heard of a few issues with the heel piece, well.. if you've seen them you'd know. Anybody have or heard of a good binding that wont hurt you?

fks 140/155/180 all depending on your ability and weight and other factors. i would pick up a fks 155 toe in a heart beat.

sth 2 13- all around solid binding. my friend .lencon has them and loves them, as many others who ride the sth2

attack 13 - super solid, low stack height, killer binding, and is relatively cheap

You can't go wrong with with either of those bindings ^. If you go to SteepandCheap.com you will find look pivots 12/14 (same thing as fks) for $70-80 cheaper than anywhere else. Bought some a month ago for $75 cheaper than evo/backcountry and a few other sites. You really can't go wrong with any of those 3 binding choices above. Give them all a look

Any of these bindings should be fine. You should not be worried about a binding hurting you at all. They are supposed to keep you safe.

First of all no one should recommend you a binding until you give us your height + weight and skiing ability info.

Secondly every binding has it's ups and downs, no binding is designed to hurt you they're all designed to do the opposite of that. Some function better than others but start off by giving us some more info on yourself

Yeah OP, how big are you?

You should be able to find a STH2 in either 13 or 16 din options for your size unless your a tiny lil guy.

Also, I've never been a fan of marker, and I have spent my fair share of time on them. I would highly recommend the STH2 and Attack personally to anyone. They Fks is good too but I haven't personally ridden it.

Just get a good deal on something that is right for your DIN range. Last time I bought bindings I got some STH2s and they work great and look burly but I have some real plastic looking FFGs that are still kicking with well over 100 days on them. All binding have some plastic in them now days so I wouldn't worry about it too much. My wife has a couple of different look and rossignal bindings that are not pivots and they have held up for a ton of days too. If I was buying a pair of bindings today I'd seriously consider Head GTO 15s since I just saw a deal for 99$ and they look pretty cool too.
