SUNDAY NIGHT MY NEIGHBOR/GOOD FRIEND FROM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DIED IN A CAR CRASH, HIS SISTER WHO WAS IN THE BACK SEAT WENT TO SCHOOL WITH ME AND WAS IN MY GRADE, SHE IS PARALYZED AND PROBABLY WONT MAKE IT CAUSE OF HEAD TRAUMA. SO THIS WEEK STARTED OFF SHITTY. LAST NIGHT MY GIRLFRIEND BROKE UP WITH ME FOR NO REASON. TODAY IN SCHOOL SOME KID WHO I DONT LIKE AT ALL, TOTAL DOUCHE BAG,(LINK TO FACEBOOK AT END) WAS TALKING SHIT ABOUT MY DEAD FRIEND AND MY EX AND PICKING ON THIS LITTLE FRESHMAN. HE STARTED CALLING ME PIZZA FACE AND SAID I WAS A FAGGOT AND I WALKED UP TO HIM IN GYM CLASS AND BEAT THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF HIM.

NOW I HAVE 3 DAYS OUT OF SCHOOL.

I would do the same thing if all that crazy shit happened to me, I would be like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. The kid talking shit would probably be the explosion point.

im pretty sure sending someone a death threat is illegal and im pretty sure if the older brother is in school high school or college he could probably be expelled for saying this to you.
 
this story was the first one I found, it was kids making death threats towards another student but not directly to the student so im pretty sure its just as illegal if not more illegal to make death threats directly to the person you plan on killing.

i really hope you call the cops and fuck this kid over.
 
he is on probation with 500 hours of community service and no licence for 5 years and he has 14 tickets pending court dates, oh and HIS older brother is in jail servin a 5 year
