Waist deep snow in the Bridgers!

I haven't seen it myself, but my stepdad was up mountain goat hunting in the Bridgers yesterday and said the snow was waist deep at the ridgetop above Frazier Lake! I guess there were tons of people skiing it all, with about 16" just below Fairy Lake. Maybe a sign of things to come?

He is pretty damn short, about 5'7" I think. But that's still a ton of snow for the beginning of October!

by fairly lake huh, its supposed to snow again wednesday, so I'll probably head up there. Anyone else a college student and wanna go?
