Vuze / uTorrent help please!

i have no idea why any of my downloads are not instaling/working properly, do i actually have to find a MAC compatible download?

if someone is willing to have a pm chat or can help me out, i'd greeaaatttly appreciate it
 
are the downloads stopping like halfway through or not even starting? check each movie you download and see how much seeds it has
 
im dl'ing programs....Adope Photoshop Lightroom to be exact, and it downloads start-->finish fine but it's installing/extracting the files i get compleeetely lost.
 
wait sorry explain that again? and use utorrent, it's better i think, and make sure what youre downloading has seeds and whatnot
 
alright well i was using VUZE last night...i clicked the one i wanted, it started to download fine, it finished fine (no problems) but when i "launched" it and opened up the .exe files it just opened up TextEdit on my mac with a shitload of text and weird characters..
 
That's because you downloaded a windows torrent. You have to find a torrent that is mac specific (usually has MAC in the name of the torrent) and you'll be golden my friend.
 
^ okay thanks, that makes complete sense haha. I'm downloading the 2.5 now so i'll let ya'll know how that works. (wish i could get the latest version though.......................................................... :) )
