I know, right? I used to do it constantly. I disliked "partying" with my classmates immensely, but my friends from work were all older and fkn awesome people I got along with great. I know I was young, so did they, but if you don't act like it's an issue it just isn't. Besides, I was always bringing something worth having so it wasn't like I was showing up to scrounge beer. If someone asked how old I was, I usually had something funny to say like "almost 38 weeks, but my head is pretty hard already, see!? Feel it! No soft spots!"

Just be you. Be a fuckin' Boss and be friendly. People like it if you just give a fuck and are there to have a good time. Once you graduate, you'll realize the myth of age-specific friends is just that.
