Vishnu Wet Sizing

I’m 5’9 and 134lbs and going to order the new wets this week. I have heard to size up with wets and go with 183, I am a little hesitant given that my current skis are 165. I know I have mini skis lol. But I am used to short skis so I am wondering if 177 is the way to go or should I go straight to 183?

They feel a lot shorter than they actually are, and I went from 164's as my last ski. You'll get used to it pretty quick
 
That’s what I was thinking, just a little hesitant. Good to know that they feel shorter than they are, I have heard that with wets.

yeah trust they will feel pretty good after like a day of riding them. Be prepared to wash out on landings a lot more

183 definitely. They ride small because of the rocker and are super light/maneuverable
 
way too many of these posts about vishnu sizing but always go a size up (183 in your case). Wets are hella light and have a lot of rise so that they feel shorter than they actually are. Crazy low swing weight. More length = more stability, especially since wets are soft skis. If your wets are only gonna be a few inches taller than you, then you're fine.

Probably go up to 183 as wets feel shorter than they actually are which is said that its because of how much rocker the ski has.
 
Not to crush what you just said but the message above is him saying he purchased 183 all ready.. ???
