Visas, any advice?

I am currently residing in the UK on a visitors permit which lasts up to six months. Thus I must leave by November 21st. I wish to stay here but have heard that I must go back to the US in order to apply for either a work visa or a student visa. Has anyone had any experience with this sort of thing? constructive information is encouraged. asshole comments are not. thanks!

It's not a huge deal. I know a South African girl who has been living here illegally for about 9 months. She was going to marry one of my friends so it all would have been cool but they broke up about a month ago. Just find some cash-in-hand bar work or something.

just go to the US consulate and ask them, if they say you have to go back you still can stay illegally

I know why she wants to stay in the UK and the majority of you don't. Awe it's so sweet. Sorry.

Fill your cup up then chug, Roll a joint up and get fucked, Ready for a kitchen party, Welcome to the Maritimes!

for a student visa ( to canada anyway) all i needed was to be registered in courses and have a letter of acceptance to show them.

come to france, it's nicer and we DO have mountains lane

staying illegaly is an option and it might very well work for you. However, if they realize (at your next attempt to enter the country) that you have done it you can get ready for not going to the UK again. I'd check with the authorities about renewal

i hope harvey bans you just so i can piss on your digital grave.
