Vipec, Ion/Zed, or Rotation?

I'm planning on getting a new bc setup for spring touring on the east coast. I really like the lateral release feature in the toe of the vipec and that's what I'm leaning towards but I'm a little concerned about durability with it.

Fritschi makes solid bindings and their warranty is excellent. I have a Tecton (same toe different heel) and it’s fantastic. Vipec is just lighter, fantastic binding

so many people use vipecs, and they do break sometimes, but easy enough to warranty. Not worth it if you're doing a month long hut trip in the high andes. Heads up they are alot more finnicky with warranty if you buy em on prodeal. Great binding just runs that risk. For the record i have one friend that sends 40 foot cliffs on his vipecs and skis like a madman, another who does dad turns in low angle pow, dad turns is the one that broke his while madman has had no problems ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
