Vimeo won't upload HD?

so I used my gopro to film some footage of my backyard setup. I imported to imovie and hit "optimize" instead of keeping the orignal file size. Then I made the edit, and hit export, and made sure it exported as an HD movie. I then uploaded the .mov file from my desktop to Vimeo, and it's super blurry and there isn't even the HD option....

anybody know where I went wrong?

have you uploaded any videos to that account recently ie in the last week or so?

It's because you uploaded your Harlem Shake video in HD less than a week before your edit. Unless you have vimeo plus/pro you can only upload one HD video per week. If you reupload it now it should be in HD
