I was wondering here lives in Villars or ski there! I'm actually from Holland but my parents have a house in Villars. But I was hoping someone here knows Villars so he can tell me some more about powder riding in Villars!

it's a really nice resort. but there is really not much powder lines to be done there. go over to les diablerets you got some really nice stuff of the glacier
 
Are you from Villars? I know glacier has some nive rides, but you have to do it with a guide right? Heard that's too dangerous to do it by yourself. Do you also know, when u go down at petit chamoissere to la forclaz? Thats realy nice!
 
i'm not from villars but go there a lot. the glacier is fine, there is just the entrance that you maybe would like to go with someone who know the area 1 or 2 times befor going alone. other than that the petit cham to forclaz is good and you can go from the grand cham as well. some good stuff of from gryon down to solalex.
 
Oke great! But you're swiss right cause u're name is vaudois? But u can go from the grand cham al the way to forclaz, Than u go probably behind right? And if you go to solalex where do u start? U take the 4 chairlift and go there immediatly off piste? Thanks man!
 
yup. i live near nyon. going down from grand cham (or petit cham) you got to take the train up to les diables. and yea for solalex you take the chair that goes right to the top and then ski "away" from villars (if yo see what i mean). but you are going to want a ride back home or have some skins to hike back up again
 
i got no idea about the bus. i would guess not as not many people live up there. anyway hope you get a few good trips with this

not sure. the snow is real shit in the alps at the mo. it hasn't snowed for 10 days at least. but it should be dumping as of tonight. the park up there is great tho.
 
yeah its snowing today i heard, but u like the park in villars? only 4 jumps and some shitty grinds
 
Yeah thats true but the park in diablerets is dope!! They were making the kickers last christmass, park wasnt open yet, but so far it looked sick man!!
 
you mean the park up on glacier 3000 or the one on isnau. i don't really go to the glacier for the park. but a better park is superpark.ch over at crosets. you should go check it out if you have never been there.
 
Heej men, I was in Villars last week sooo ***** park was only open on friday afternoon and saturday. Have done some really nice powder but not too much cause snow was soo heavy. But I was wondering u know if Glacier is open in August?
