Videora/ DVD Decryptor

So I was trying to put Idea on my iPod , and as soon as I tried to decrypt it it said Unable to create directory, how can I get it to work, I have never had a problem with videora before.

my videora wont even work on my desktop. i get the blue screen of death when i try to open it. and i have heard of other people having problems with it...maybe it's videora?
