Videoformat Camcorder for Instagram

Yoo guys

I found a sony camcorder from my dad and wanna film with it this season...

The question is should i film in 16:9 or 3:4 format if i wanna upload them in 4:5 format on instagram?

If you cant help me im gonna film 16:9 and upload it like this

3:4 is likely SD while 16:9 would be HD, more resolution the better, film 16:9 but keep in mind the edge of your image is going to get cut off. Protip: put tape on your LCD where the edges of the 4:5 and try to always keep the subject in that frame. You can always adjust in post if it gets messed up.
