Responsibilities:[/b]
Lead and develop Outside Online's video content, including the editorial, creative, and strategic direction.
Work closely with Online and Print Editorial teams to develop original videos.
Manage all original-video projects from pre- to post-production.
Manage freelance video producers to aggregate content on Outside Online.
Manage deadlines and workflow of video assets/stream, including both original videos and acquired videos.
Build Outside Online's video presence and promote across all social-media platforms.
Must be proficient in Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
