make sure they are the right file type and file size..sometimes it doesnt work for me either..if it goes to that white page..just try again the next day

tosh make sure that it is a small file. it says no more than 5 meg, but for me they have to be under 2 meg. dont know why. also make sure it is a quicktime or wmv file
